Fixed length contracts and lock-ins

In the small print and terms and conditions of many hosting companies, you will find that you are tied in to a minimum length contract - usually one year.
This means that you can't escape the charges for at least a year. At UKcentric we only ask that you host with us for at least three months.
We must ask for three months because otherwise it costs us more money to set up your account than we receive from you and with our low prices, we cannot afford to run at a loss.
We cannot refund any web hosting fees already paid to us, but since most of our customers pay monthly, this usually amounts to no more than about £15.
